If your kit is faulty in any way please contact our support team on info@samlabs.com we will do our best to fix the issue or replace the kit. You are entitled to a full refund including the cost of shipping if you wish to return the faulty kit. Please do not wait more than 90 days after receipt to report problems or defective products, we will not be able to service the report. All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 90 days in new, resalable condition.
